Do you have an abundance of apples and pears? Do you (or a friend) have a prolific persimmon tree? Imagine all the ways you can preserve them… jam, fruit butter, pie filling, juice, sauce, dried and candied. We’ll show you how to reduce food waste by turning your apple scraps into homemade pectin. Join us to learn some of the many ways of preserving your autumn fruit harvest.

$5 materials fee payable at the door, no reservations required.
