Curious about canning your own food at home? Join the UCCE Master Food Preservers at this free introductory class and learn how to use boiling water and atmospheric steam canners to can quick pickles out of a variety of fruits and vegetables. (Who said a pickle has to be a cucumber?) Watch several live canning demonstrations and glean tips from experienced canners.
