Is zucchini taking over your garden? Are neighbors leaving bags of zucchini on your doorstep? Join the UCCE Master Food Preservers to learn about three different preservation techniques and eight different recipes to preserve zucchini to enjoy throughout the year. Make and take home a jar of refrigerator zucchini pickles that will be bursting with flavor!

This session is part of the Sustainable Organic Gardening Workshop hosted by the UCCE Master Gardeners and UCCE Master Food Preservers in collaboration with The Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians.  

Fee: $25 (includes class handouts, samples, and a light bag lunch with a cold drink)
