Event Details

Learn how to dry, roast, freeze and smoke different types of peppers. We offer some suggested uses for different types of peppers as well as spices you can make with peppers. You will learn the difference between herbs and spices, when to pick them, and how to dehydrate and freeze them. We will also teach you how to store your peppers, herbs and spices. We will finish up the day with some spice recipes.
