The UC Master Food Preserver Program has traditionally been delivered out of local county-based UC Cooperative Extension offices. See below a list of counties that currently have programs. If you are interested in becoming a UC Master Food Preserver, training times and location vary by county - it is highly recommended to train in the county where you reside since that is where you'll volunteer.

If you currently reside in a county that does not have active programming, do not worry, recent grant funding has made possible the offering of an entirely online volunteer experience.
