UCCE Master Food Preserver Dennis Prendergast provides a basic introduction to safe dehydration techniques. Learn about methods, equipment, and cooking and using dehydrated foods.

This class is free; no reservation needed.

Note: Our 2018 Saturday classes are starting an hour earlier than previous years to allow a full three hours to cover the basics, demonstrate the process, and allow ample time to answer questions. See you at 9:00!
