We're going to dive deep into the essence of this classic garden favorite--the TOMATO! Learn how to prepare tomatoes for canning and dehydrating. Learn how to can tomato sauce and discuss why acidity matters in canning. Have you thought about drying them and grinding into powder, making them into leather, and other uses for these garden jewels? If you have an abundance of tomatoes or just want to learn more about what to do with them, don't miss this class!
