This class is all about pickling!  We'll learn how to create different flavor profiles for sweet, sour or spicy pickles.  We'll demonstrate how to make quick and easy refrigerator pickles for that upcoming BBQ next week as well as how to can them and store in the pantry for winter (if they last that long). Recipes and samples included.

Pre-registration encouraged.  Class fee $10.  Pay online with credit, or with cash or check at the door.
