We'll demystify the process of making sourdough bread in your own kitchen. Learn how to make a sourdough starter and turn it into a delicious crusty loaf of artisan bread. You'll learn about the tools required for this process and share ideas for elevating the flavor with some compound butters utilizing herbs and spices. If you love bread and butter, don't miss this class! Just in time for the holidays. Tasting and recipes included.
