Event Details

Participants will make pie fillings utilizing a variety of fruits. Following the fruit preparation, participants will use various safe canning methods to preserve their products. Each participant will take home a product.

Workshop fee: $20

Location: Bethell-Delfino Agriculture Building, 311 Fair Lane in Placerville.

Classes and events are offered throughout the year. This year we are proud to present many classes in collaboration with Master Gardeners. Classes are in various locations in Placerville and Cameron Park.
