Create Your Own Salsa Bar

Canning salsa at home is not as straight forward as it may seem. In this class we will teach boiling water canning, and how to can salsas safely. We will share recipes for different kinds of salsas – tomato based, tomatillo based, pepper-based, other vegetable based, fruit based, and combinations of fresh and dehydrated peppers. You may be surprised at how many safe recipes there are to try.
