Reappointment

Annual reappointment runs from June 1 through June 30 through the Volunteer Management System (VMS). 

All UCCE Master Food Preserver volunteers must be reappointed by their County Director annually to remain active in the program and to continue acting as agents of the university. Volunteers are independently and personally responsible for meeting all administrative requirements.

Use the information and resources provided below to help you through the reappointment process. 

What steps are involved in the annual reappointment?

Step 1: Select one of the "Please complete!" links on the VMS home page.

Step 2: Complete the five online reappointment forms.

Step 3: Verify the "Date Completed" column is updated. You may print copies for your records.

Step 4: Use the Study Guide to complete the annual reappointment quiz with a minimum score of 85%. (You may take the quiz multiple times.)

Step 5: Submit your insurance fee, if applicable.
