Our new UC Master Food Preserver Online Delivery Program conducts classes on a variety of fruits and vegetables. This program is funded by a USDA Specialty Crop Block Grant. If you missed any of these classes, you can watch the recording and participate in the pre- and post-class survey to help us collect data on how the videos are increasing your knowledge of the produce and the preservation method.
